Terms governing the use of Heartopia Hub, user contributions, and site moderation.
1. Purpose and nature of the service
These terms govern the interactive map, wiki, community, and related features provided by Heartopia Hub. Heartopia Hub is an unofficial fan site and is not affiliated with the game developer or publisher. Official announcements and current in-game information take priority.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Users must provide accurate account information and protect their sign-in method. Account features are not available to children under 13 or anyone who cannot lawfully use the service in their jurisdiction. The operator may temporarily restrict an account to protect security, prevent abuse, or investigate a violation.
3. User-submitted content
Users remain responsible for posts, comments, map pins, images, and other content they submit. The author grants the site permission to store, display, transmit, and technically format that content as needed to operate the service. Do not submit content that infringes copyright, privacy, reputation, or other rights.
4. Prohibited conduct
Spam, automated bulk requests, service disruption, account theft, knowingly false reports, malware, repetitive promotion, and illegal or harmful content are prohibited. Users must not repeatedly add false map or wiki data or manipulate voting systems.
5. Review and moderation
The operator may edit, hide, or remove content in response to reports, legal requests, security risks, duplication, or clear factual errors. Account functions may be restricted or terminated where necessary. Where practical, corrections preserve useful discussion context instead of deleting an entire record.
6. Accuracy and limitation of liability
Map markers, game values, event dates, and community observations can change after updates or between servers. The site does not guarantee completeness, freshness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the site is not liable for indirect loss, lost data, service interruption, or harm caused by user-submitted content.
7. External services and rights requests
The service may rely on providers such as Supabase, Vercel, and Google, whose own terms may also apply. Game names, images, trademarks, and related rights belong to their respective owners. Send rights-holder or removal requests through the contact page with the exact affected URL and information sufficient to verify the request.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when features, operations, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be announced through a site notice or the revised date on this page. Continued use after an update may be treated as acceptance of the revised terms.
