How to interpret map data
The map separates long-lived reference locations from recent player reports. Check the marker type, selected map, server, and report time together before treating a marker as current.
Coordinates stay with their map
Map 1 and Map 2 use separate coordinate spaces. A marker is not silently copied between them, and Map 2 opens at a view that shows the complete terrain before you zoom into a location.
Reference data and changing reports
Operator-maintained markers are intended as long-term references. Server resources, weather observations, and custom pins can describe a specific reset period. Review age, comments, votes, and expiration before relying on them.
Correcting an error
When a coordinate or description is wrong, include the map, server, observation date, and expected location in a comment. Specific evidence is reviewed first; personal information and unrelated promotion may be removed.
